Agreement

By creating a DDesk account or using dedicinfotech.tech you agree to these Terms with Dedic Infotech.

The service

DDesk coordinates AI employees and human approval gates for software delivery. Features may change; beta capabilities can be incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated code, approvals, and production deploys.

Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep credentials and API keys confidential
• You must have rights to repositories you connect

Acceptable use

• No unlawful content, malware distribution, or abuse of shared infrastructure
• No attempts to bypass billing, rate limits, or security controls
• No scraping of other customers’ data

Customer content

You retain ownership of your code and artifacts. You grant us a limited license to host and process content solely to operate DDesk. Engine providers process data under their terms when you enable them.

Fees

Paid plans are billed via Razorpay and/or Stripe as configured. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Free plans may include usage caps.

Disclaimer & liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR THREE MONTHS.

Termination

You may stop using DDesk at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a written enterprise agreement states otherwise.
