Who we are

DDesk is operated by Dedic Infotech (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@dedicinfotech.tech.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email, auth provider identifiers
• Organization & project metadata (names, repo URLs, settings)
• Delivery artifacts: stories, approvals, tickets, logs you generate in the product
• Billing metadata via Razorpay / Stripe — we do not store full card numbers
• Technical logs: IP, user agent, request traces when observability is enabled

How we use data

• Provide the DDesk workspace and AI employee pipelines
• Authenticate sessions and enforce org membership
• Process payments and prevent abuse
• Improve reliability and security

Model / third-party processors

When you enable coding engines, prompts and repository context may be sent to providers you configure (for example OpenAI-compatible APIs, Anthropic, Cursor Cloud, GitHub). Hosting currently runs on infrastructure you or we operate (see deployment docs).

Retention & rights

You may request export or deletion of your account data by emailing us. We retain billing and audit records as required for security and legal obligations. EU/UK users may have additional GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection).

Cookies

We use essential cookies / local storage for authentication tokens. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the marketing site today.
