End-user guide from first login through delivery. Connect a project, create work, approve gates, and let AI employees plan and implement — you stay in control of AC, PRs, and production.

DDesk is an AI software delivery desk. You connect a repository (or create a greenfield app), open a story, and specialized AI employees run product → architecture (Spec Kit plan) → development → QA → review. Humans approve acceptance criteria, pull requests, and production. Spec Kit is used for planning only — your AI Developer employees implement the work.
The sidebar project selector sets the active workspace for Stories, Requirements, Health, and Operations. Switch projects anytime; lists and pipelines filter to the selected project.
Open Help & support, file a ticket against your project, and turn Auto-fix on. DDesk creates a requirement and starts the employee pipeline. Use this for bugs and small fixes you want the desk to own end-to-end.
On Requirements, write a one-line or detailed need, then Suggest stories. With OPENAI_API_KEY (or Anthropic), an LLM Product Owner expands any one-liner into epics, stories, and AC; otherwise domain packs (e.g. e-commerce) still apply. Select what you want, create drafts, then start delivery.
On Stories, create a story or pick a template. From the board or story detail, use Start delivery to kick off the pipeline. Artifacts (plans, tests, reviews) accumulate on the story; Code Changes and Pull Requests show engineering output.
After you start delivery, AI employees advance the run until a human gate or completion:
Most work uses the fast lane (skips senior review and DevOps). Ask your workspace admin if you need the full lane with staging and production gates.
Watch progress on the story page, Workflows, Tasks, Code Changes, and QA.
Open Approvals when the badge shows pending items. Typical gates:
Rejecting sends work back into the desk with your notes. AI does not bypass these gates.
Under Settings: organization name, budgets, secrets, and (if you integrate tools) machine API keys for your own scripts. Coding engine keys are usually configured by your admin on the server — ask them if Developer steps stay on the stub engine.
Account questions: Help & support. Product bugs against your connected repo: file a story or requirement so the desk can run delivery. Legal: Privacy · Terms · hello@dedicinfotech.tech
